J\u2019occupe ce poste depuis cinq (5) ans. En tant que Job Service Officer, avec plusieurs ann\u00e9es d\u2019exp\u00e9rience dans les services d\u2019emploi \u2014 accompagnant les stagiaires dans leur recherche d\u2019emploi, la r\u00e9daction de leur CV, la pr\u00e9paration aux entretiens et les transitions professionnelles \u2014, je les aide \u00e0 se connecter au march\u00e9 du travail et \u00e0 se rep\u00e9rer tout au long de leur parcours de formation.\nCes diff\u00e9rentes \u00e9tapes exigent une approche d\u2019apprentissage tr\u00e8s r\u00e9fl\u00e9chie et une ouverture \u00e0 l\u2019acquisition de nouvelles comp\u00e9tences.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>J\u2019ai eu l\u2019opportunit\u00e9 de participer \u00e0 des processus d\u2019\u00e9valuation par les pairs avec notre organisation s\u0153ur, Don Bosco au S\u00e9n\u00e9gal, notamment \u00e0 Dakar, Thi\u00e8s et Tambacounda, dans le cadre du projet Skilling Eco-VET.\nCe type d\u2019exp\u00e9rience n\u2019a rien \u00e0 voir avec les revues acad\u00e9miques auxquelles nous sommes habitu\u00e9s, mais consiste plut\u00f4t en des \u00e9valuations structur\u00e9es au cours desquelles mes coll\u00e8gues Job Service Officers et les membres de l\u2019administration analysent mutuellement leur travail, afin de favoriser l\u2019am\u00e9lioration continue et de garantir une prestation de services coh\u00e9rente et de haute qualit\u00e9 au sein du centre.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00catre \u00e9valu\u00e9 a \u00e9t\u00e9 une exp\u00e9rience tr\u00e8s enrichissante.\nL\u2019un des \u00e9valuateurs a remarqu\u00e9 que mes notes de s\u00e9ance concernant l\u2019anxi\u00e9t\u00e9 d\u2019un stagiaire face aux entretiens \u00e9taient tr\u00e8s d\u00e9taill\u00e9es, mais qu\u2019elles pourraient inclure davantage de ressources personnalis\u00e9es, comme des liens vers des exemples d\u2019entretiens gratuits en ligne. Ce n\u2019\u00e9tait pas une critique, mais plut\u00f4t une suggestion concr\u00e8te qui m\u2019a aid\u00e9 \u00e0 affiner ma mani\u00e8re de conduire ce type de s\u00e9ances de mani\u00e8re plus efficace.\nJ\u2019ai appliqu\u00e9 cette recommandation imm\u00e9diatement et, lors des s\u00e9ances suivantes, les stagiaires ont indiqu\u00e9 se sentir mieux pr\u00e9par\u00e9s.<\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>My name is Benedict Mensah, a Job Service Officer for Don Bosco Training Institute, Ashaiman -Tema.
