C'est dans ce contexte crucial que s'inscrit le module de formation sur Les \u00e9nergies renouvelables (solaire photovolta\u00efque), organis\u00e9 par l\u2019association de saint Fran\u00e7ois de Sales pour tous les professeurs en \u00e9lectricit\u00e9 des centres de formation professionnel de Don Bosco.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"translation-block\">Cette formation s\u2019inscrit dans le cadre du projet Skilling Eco-VET cofinanc\u00e9 par l\u2019union Europ\u00e9enne, visant \u00e0 am\u00e9liorer les environnements favorables pour les acteurs cl\u00e9s de la formation professionnelle priv\u00e9e et publique au Ghana et au S\u00e9n\u00e9gal.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>OBJECTIFS ET PARTICIPANTS<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"translation-block\">La formation, qui s'est d\u00e9roul\u00e9e du 28 juillet au 1er ao\u00fbt 2025 dans les locaux de Don Bosco Dakar, avait pour objectif principal de doter les formateurs des comp\u00e9tences techniques et pratiques n\u00e9cessaires pour enseigner l'installation, le dimensionnement et l'entretien des syst\u00e8mes photovolta\u00efques adapt\u00e9s au contexte local. Plus largement, elle vise \u00e0 renforcer les connaissances, les comp\u00e9tences et les ressources pour enseigner efficacement les \u00e9nergies renouvelables. Cette initiative contribue \u00e9galement \u00e0 r\u00e9duire la d\u00e9pendance aux \u00e9nergies fossiles en favorisant le d\u00e9ploiement massif du solaire pour diminuer les \u00e9missions de CO2.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"translation-block\">Dix participants ont pris part \u00e0 la formation, principalement des formateurs en \u00e9lectricit\u00e9 et \u00e9lectrotechnique. Un point notable est l'importance accord\u00e9e \u00e0 l'inclusion, avec une participation f\u00e9minine s'\u00e9levant \u00e0 40 %.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>THEMES CLES<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Les sessions ont couvert un \u00e9ventail de sujets essentiels au secteur du solaire photovolta\u00efque :<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>\u2022\tIntroduction aux \u00e9nergies renouvelables et au r\u00f4le strat\u00e9gique du solaire en Afrique.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\u2022\t\u00c9tude approfondie des composants d\u2019un syst\u00e8me photovolta\u00efque (panneaux, r\u00e9gulateurs, batteries, onduleurs).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\u2022\tTechniques de dimensionnement et de c\u00e2blage des installations solaires.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\u2022\tNormes de s\u00e9curit\u00e9 et bonnes pratiques d\u2019installation.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\u2022\tMaintenance et diagnostic des pannes.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\u2022\tExploration des opportunit\u00e9s d\u2019emploi et d\u2019entrepreneuriat dans le secteur.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"translation-block\">L'\u00e9valuation de l'atelier a \u00e9t\u00e9 extr\u00eamement positive, les b\u00e9n\u00e9ficiaires ayant jug\u00e9 la formation comme tr\u00e8s utile (71,4 % de satisfaction). Les sessions pratiques sur l\u2019installation des panneaux solaires ont \u00e9t\u00e9 particuli\u00e8rement appr\u00e9ci\u00e9es. La formation a r\u00e9ussi \u00e0 am\u00e9liorer significativement les comp\u00e9tences des participants dans ce domaine.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Cette formation a non seulement permis d\u2019am\u00e9liorer les comp\u00e9tences des participants en solaire photovolta\u00efque, mais elle a \u00e9galement mis en lumi\u00e8re la n\u00e9cessit\u00e9 d'une intervention strat\u00e9gique pour structurer le secteur. Le projet contribue directement \u00e0 la promotion d\u2019une \u00e9nergie propre, accessible et durable. Les retours montrent un fort int\u00e9r\u00eat pour la poursuite de modules avanc\u00e9s, soulignant l'engagement des formateurs \u00e0 \u00eatre les vecteurs de cette transformation
